St Georges House, an office building based in Cheltenham, is being marketed for the first time in 36 years.

The Grade II-listed office building, which is opposite Cheltenham's Ladies College, has almost 60,000 sq ft of space and is available in suites from 10,000 sq ft.
The development also has 57 car park spaces, a canteen on the third floor and shower and locker facilities on the lower ground floor.
St Georges House is being marketed by Colliers International and Bruton Knowles. According to Colliers it is one of the largest office buildings currently available in the centre of Cheltenham.
Stephen Lipfriend, Colliers director, said: "St Georges House offers one of the largest buildings currently available in Cheltenham and whilst it has an imposing colonnaded entrance the office space is right up to modern standards with up to 13,000 sq ft on each floor."
The building is located less than two minutes walk from Promenade and Regent Arcade and is five minute drive from Cheltenham Spa station.
